Pawan Shrestha is extensively trained and certified in **safe newborn physiological handling**. We know how to monitor infant circulation, airway clearance, temperature thresholds, and gentle joint flexibility rules. Your baby's comfort always takes absolute priority over "getting the shot."

Every single blanket, wrap, backdrop, and structural basket is **washed meticulously using zero-chemical hypoallergenic baby detergents** immediately after a single use. All hard surfaces, studio counters, and camera systems undergo hospital-grade disinfectant wipe downs prior to your arrival.

We maintain a strict wellness policy. If we present even minor symptoms of cold, cough, or fever, **your session will be immediately rescheduled without penalty**. We will also fully understand and accommodate a fast reschedule if anyone in your household is feeling unwell.

The prime window is between **5 to 14 days old**. During this period, babies sleep deeper, are less sensitive to movement, and comfortably mold into classic, curled newborn poses. For premature infants, we adjust this window based on your discharge dates.

Simply send us your **Estimated Due Date (EDD)** to make a reservation. We reserve a block of priority slots surrounding your month. Once your baby is born, contact us from the hospital within 48 hours, and we will lock in your official session date.

Never! While they might not fit into some tight curly poses or remain asleep the entire time, older babies give us beautiful **wide-open eye contact, social smiles, and wonderful alert expressions**. We adapt the session flow to highlight their unique developmental stage.

Newborn sessions take roughly **2 to 4 hours**. The actual photography only takes up a fraction of that time. The vast majority of the session is intentionally left open for feeding, burping, replacing diapers, and soothing your baby completely back to sleep.

We keep our studio heated to a precise **26°C to 28°C** to ensure your baby is comfortable and perfectly warm while undressed for photos. We highly advise parents to dress in light, breathable layers so you don't overheat during your stay!

Absolutely. We love capturing familial bonds. We typically organize family and sibling portraits during the first hour of the session so siblings can head home with a parent or relative afterward, keeping the studio incredibly quiet and calm for the remaining solo infant shots.

This is completely universal for newborns. Our high-end post-production retouching delicately manages skin flakes, redness, baby scratches, temporary blemishes, and extreme skin tone discoloration while fully retaining the soft, organic texture of your baby's skin.

You will receive an initial online proofing gallery within **7 business days** to pick your favorite portraits. Once your selections are submitted, our professional custom hand-retouching takes around **2 to 3 weeks** to deliver your finalized high-resolution digital collection.
